Now, you can choose what updates are sent for all parties — creating the exact desired notification experience.

Buyer Overview

We've made a new profile view for buyers for easier payment management.

Your customers can easily view the most recent open invoices, upcoming confirmed or scheduled payments, and consolidated business details for the buyer all in one page.

• Buyer Access Management for Sales Teams - Add a Sales Manager to access a specific Buyer only, for easier team management. Step-by-step guide here.
• Supplier Branded Email Notifications - Your company display name will be the default sender name for Buyer notifications. To update the sender domain, email your account manager or respond to this email.
• New Default Buyers View - Edit new columns including Open Balance (with Overdue Amount) and number of Unpaid Invoices.
• Simplified Branded Buyer Link - Updated payment request links with Supplier name for a cleaner and more trackable URL for Buyers.
